Chips and salsa, a pitcher of margaritas, and a good friend for conversation. Pretty much a perfect evening.
When I am not too lazy (like I was this past summer) I like to grow tomatoes and make my own salsa. Not too hot, but just right.
There is no really good mexican food here in TN but chips and salsa are pretty universal. I've been adding sour cream to the salsa and making a yummy dip.
I eat them and I here Mariachi music playing somewhere in my head. I guess I would have to say I miss good mexican food...
