    Seeing Dali's paintings

for the first time inspired me to take up painting. The surreal worlds and images that came from that odd guys mind are incredible. It's like he was on a permanent acid trip lol

I've been to the museum of his art in St.

Petersburg, Florida more than a half dozen times and each time it seems I pick out something more interesting or subtle in his paintings. And they're so big. Some of them seem 20 feet tall. Amazing.

Surrealist art and poetry is fantastic. I have been to Dali's old house, in Spain.
