I Love Saturday Night Live

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 94 People

As a rebuplican you would think that I'd really, really hate SNL. But, it's the complete opposite. I love it More then any else. Sometimes they go a little too far but, still. I don't watch it every Saturday night actually I never watch it on Saturday's. Since Netflix came around...

    I Rely On Snl!

My bud and I joke about everything with each other and the jokes are usually plagiarized from SNL. When the writers strike started up I think our lives ended a little bit. Kristen Wiig is my hero! I love the target lady. And even better than Kristen is Tina Fey, but she left...

Answer In The Form Of A Question

SNL hilarious. One of the favorite sketches I like is Celebrity Jeopardy. Will Ferrell as Alex Trebek and Darrell Hammond playing Sean Connery spending the whole episode insulting Alex. When I want a really good laugh I head over to Youtube and watch it. Hahaha.

    I Still Believe

Well I had basically stopped watching MadTv: all the funny cast members were gone. I was watching a skit with my dad and i thought it was the funniest thing in the world. I asked my dad "what is this?" and he told me about the history of SNL. Since that day, i've been obsessed...

    It's always been my dream

since I was a little girl to be on Saturday night live. A cast member, staying up all night writing, crying in my office and snorting coke with Belushi's ghost. I think I'd be good at it. I write skits for fun all the time

    SEASON Finally

I'm pissed. First Tina Fey, then Maya Rudolph and now Amy Poehler!   What am I supposed to do now? And the season finally, SUCKED. I'm so pissed you can't even begin to imagine!

I just love to laugh at any characters

when I feel down. However I hate it when the sketches include blood in it, just saying.

    More Cow Bell

SNL is the best! I like MadTV too but this has been around for so long and produced so many great actor/comedians that you can’t help but love it.

Saturday Night Live is my dream!

I hope that one day I can be a writer, then head writer and eventually coanchor. Comedy Writing is my passion and I want nothing more then to share it with the world!

On The Emergence Of Jay Pharoah

I've always enjoyed watching talented comedians make their mark on SNL.. It can be sad to see them go and move on to other things, but their post-SNL works can often be worth their departure. Jay Pharoah is only, for the moment, a 'featuring..' talent on the show; not a full cast...

It sounds silly but I cried

when I watched last nights episode. Seth Meyers is my love and I don't know what the show will be like without him. But on a positive note I keep getting reminded that he is going to receive his own TV show which just means I will see his face a lot more often!
