This is one of my all-time favorite films! Funny how I ended up owning it on dvd:
I rented it from my local dvd rental store (not a chain, but a family-owned business) when it came out- I had been anxiously awaiting it, as I am a huge zombie fan. I watched it each night that...
The night we rented this, or should I say, the night my husband rented this, I was not happy about it. I didn't want to see some bloody zombie movie.
Oh, was I wrong....this movie is a classic. A modern day classic. My words will not do this movie...
This movies Is one of ten top movies
Sheer awesomeness. I love the filiming the characters and the story line is great good production clear picture and great sound and the soundtrack is hella good. 5 out of 5 stars!!!
I think Simon Pegg and Nick Frost just work so perfectly with one another! Sure, the movie was a tad bit creepy, but full to the brim with funnies!! Hehehe - them pretending to be zombies was one of my favourite parts.
This movie is a classic. I think everyone who's seen it will agree with me on that one. It's just sooo funny! That part in the pub with the jukebox and they're beating on that zombie guy, mint! So many great parts of that movie. In fact, the entire movie is just great!
so hilarious, must have seen in the theatre and dragged all my friends to go see it with me 10 times.
I HATED the glasses guy and I usually love them so much.
anyways...can't beat zombies and british humor, they go so well together.
Ok, I love that movie, and the actors.
"Mum, it's Philip, he's gone"
I saw the bloopers; about "the nympho" at the Winchester, and Nick Frost just made me cry laughing, I nearly pissed my pants.
It's not just the film, it's Simon Pegg, i love everything he does, Hot Fuzz, How to Alienate People.....,Spaced. Very funny guy, i'd pick him with Morgan Freeman, Stephen Fry and Gary Sinise at the top table of my party.
Nick Frost and Simon Pegg are the best characters in this movie. I laugh my butt off everytime I watch it. It's one of my favorite zombie movies ever. My favorite part would have to be were Shaun goes to kill his stepdad and he thinks he's a zombie and he has to come with...
I remember the VERY first day I watched it.
Winter break .... I was with my brother, just coming inside because it looked like there was a really bad snow storm coming [which there wasn't] and we decided to watch it... lol.. I cracked up soooo hard! I nearly fell out of my seat...
Poor people who have not seen this movie, I weep for you. Please go see it, it is brilliant! This takes all the other zombie horror, romance, and comedy movies you may have seen before and blows them all away. I never stop laughing during this movie, just amazing!!!
