I Love Steak

I like my steak medium rare with mushroom sauce and lots of mashed potato :)
incase any of you ever cook for me...

Makes my mouth water just thinking about a juicy steak. When I worked on a tow boat we had steak twice a week. I am talking about thick , juicy steaks. I got so tired of steak. Wish I had that problem now?

Red, warm center is the best way in my opinion. No more than med done. If it is well done, I consider it burnt.

JUST HAD STEAK FOR LUNCH. THE TASTE OF THE MEAT IS SO GOOD. YUM. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO KICK BEEF ALTOGETHER. I'VE ACTUALLY MADE THE TRANSITION FROM GROUND BEEF TO GROUND TURKEY. THE TEXTURE IS SO SMOOTH AND IT TAKES ON FLAVORS REMARKABLY...

I enjoy a nice Delmonico tenderized a bit (gets the stress out too!) flavored with great spice rub placed on the grill. Flip it once and its heaven!! Mmmmhmmmmm!! 

Drop it on the grill, flip it and serve it. I want a good doctor to be able to bring it back to life. Rare is the best!

Special occasions. Filet or StripSteak or Porterhouse.
Medium well with all the fixings. Mash potatoes and green beans, asparagus or corn. Worcestershire and/or A-1, depending on my mood.
Yes, I do enyoy a good steak.

If I'm having a steak it has to be well done..if I see a tiny bit of blood I will not eat it!!! I know I could never be a vegetarian because of my love for meat, mixed grills are the best, with a side salad, onion rings and chips.....oh...
