Almost no one ever talks about Lisey's Story

or Dumas Key easily my favorite. He has a way of grabbing your minds eye and creating a whole new universe. You can visually see what his words are, then feel what his characters are feeling. If you haven't read Lisey's story yet do it. You'll thank me later. Then after read...

    So Descriptive

He is so descriptive you can see the story unravel in your head. He and Edgar Allen Poe are so much alike except Poe was before the times. Society wasn't ready for this type of lit. King was right on time!

I love his books, I love the way he builds up a plot and the way he treats his characters and his language. though I must say that I like his earlier books better than some of them he has written lately.

    The King Universe

I think all of the Stephen King books take place in 1 of 2 universes. The Gunslinger series, The Stand, Christine, IT, Salem's Lot and Eyes of the Dragon all have character cross-overs and mentions in each other. There may be more but that is off the top of my head. His other...

    My Favorites From Stephen King.

Top of my list has to be THE STAND> This is the standard I judge all other King books. Salem's Lot...the slow take over of a town by dark forces always brings me back. CHRISTINE at its core is a story about friendship. King has done so many short stories that I adore...
