the beach is where I revitalize and re energize my whole being. I don't benefit from it from mere relaxation but i also find it spiritually uplifting whenever i go there to just enjoy nature. I love nature generally but the beach is my favorite :)
It has always been a dream of mine to live in a little cottage by the sea and now I'm living my dream. How luck am I? Can go for a walk along the beach anytime I want . It's called my beach therapy as I always come back re-newed.
