    In general, I hate working out most of the time.

    But today I'm all sore from working out and I like it!! Somehow when you feel like crap and you feel kinda angry, it's easier to channel your pain physically and deal with it that way. Get out of your mind and into your body.

    Just Something I Like.

    When your body hurts. I love the way my muscles ache the days after working out. I know it sounds stupid but it's awesome. It makes me feel good, makes feel like what I did really hit the muscles. The muscles get ripped and then grow back to be stronger. I actually love the pain...

    There are some days I just don't feel like a

    workout: it's cold out; I had a busy day; I feel stress; my body is tired. Some days, I'll cave and not go, but other times, I'll go, and as I walk home -cold or not- I feel so invigorated, happy, loosened up, healthy. If you've been there, you know the feeling.
