    Lately i haven't been going,

    its not like i dislike working out. Its just that all of my motivation gets destroyed on the way to the gym. The drive to the gym is whats keeping me from going. .-.

    I use to never go to the gym.

    But I have started this year, and I got to say, I really love it. It feels wonderful once you're done, and that sore feeling you get the next day, I LOVE IT (could be I'm a masochist, lol). :D

    So today was chest day

    and we added aBbs and cardio to it .... After the massive work out from yesterday, It hurts to breath my abdomen is so sore! Looking forward to back day tomorrow.

    Exercise for the body is

    I began lifting about 2 years ago.

    At first it was hard and I found many reasons not to be consistent! About seven months ago something changed!!! I hired a nutritionist and got serious with my diet/lifting. Since August I've put on 40lbs. I can't get enough!! I just want to get huge! I love it!

    The gym is a great place

    where you can let everything out. It's a place where you can blow off steam and plus benefit yourself physically which is why I love it so much. I go every day but the days I love the most are when I'm feeling so angry or built up with emotion and I can just blow it off

    Shut Up And Squat

    I go about 4 times a week

    and I use a lot of the free weights. I just love the feeling it gives me when I'm done. I'm tired, sweaty and breathing heavy. Also I always get a protein shake after I'm done. It helps keep me at a steady weight and I love the feeling of "I can barely lift my arms" lol.

    When I started working night shifts I wasn't
