Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 189 People

    "Ol' Blue Eyes".

Frank Sinatra had a very rare gift.  His voice was like velvet.  Growing up as a small child in the 60's I was raised on Sinatra.  Later when I was grown and a rocker I still liked his music.  I used love to go into a crowded bar where they were...

    I love Frank Sinatra,

Dean Martin, Matt Dusk and of course Michael Buble as well as big band. Latin pop and Brazilian music is awesome too. Basically I'm all over the place when it comes to my taste in music.

    The Lady Is a Tramp

Frank is one COOL CAT.  I've been listening to a Best of CD on my long commute this week...  I'm not sure I get this chatchy diddy, but I love it nonetheless... I'm still wondering why Not Hangin with the "Other Broads' makes her a TRAMP...  maybe the other...

Difficult For Many to Fathom Because of My Age

I am 28 and many people think it's "odd" that I KNOW who Frank Sinatra is [was], let alone the fact that I love Frank Sinatra. But I grew up with Frankie, Dean, Ella, Billie, Nat "King" Cole, Etta James, Johnny Mathis, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis...

    Why Frank Sinatra's Heritage?

I didn't grow up listening to the amazing,

Frank Sinatra. I was born in the late 90's and yet when I hear some of his more mellow heartfelt tracks, it brings tears to my eyes. His music brings a certain ounce of nostalgia to me, a wistful sentiment of some sort that is almost entirely indescribable. Sinatra's rich and...

    Unequivocally and indisputably,

Sinatra is the greatest entertainer to ever live. He was the greatest interpreter of song that ever existed. When you compare him to singers of today it just gets embarrassing for what people think pass as singers today.
