I Love the Ocean

    When I lived in Stockholm,

I travelled a lot by ferry between the islands which I loved. I live by the ocean again now but no ferries. I would love to get out there. It's not quite the same watching from the beach.

So has anyone heard of this?

A certain part of earth, water, wind, fire has the ability to nurture you? Like for me I am so free..which in itself is a feat. I am someone I want to be at the ocean! It's the Ocean that moves me, makes me smile deeply, make me feel alive like I feel with no one or no where...

my favorite time to be at the ocean is

when the weather is chilly. early morning or late night. walking on the cool wet sand with bare feet. wrapped in a blanket. the roar of the waves. cool sea mist spraying the air.

    I love the ocean. Yes,

I do. The sound, the smell, the mysterious vastness of it all. I love the sand between my toes and the seagulls screeching and swooping. I love to lay in bed at night with a window open and the sound lulling me to sleep while the breeze kisses the curtains...ah, that is...

I just love the color of the sea.

Oceanic blue mixed with white when the waves are crashing. I love how the sea breeze engulfs us, hugging us, hair flying in every direction but still making us feel calm and relaxed

Upon first sight of the ocean,

my heart beats faster. Then as I get closer I feel butterflies in my tummy. The smell of the salt water brings a feeling of joy. The sound of crashing waves upon the shore helps me forget everything so I can give myself into the experience of the ocean.

    Early in the morning

when everyone else is asleep, I go sit by the beach on a specific rock which I have known for years. The air is so light, colors are beginning to show gradually, i can hear hungry seagulls screaming for food. i say good morning to life and ocean says good morning to me.

I've only been a few times in my adult life,

but I use to go to the beach all the time when I was younger. I loved the openness and carefree atmosphere, I remember jumping out of the car and running full speed into the water, the bigger the waves the better, I loved to body surf.
