My memories start from Saturday mornings

when we had back to back cartoons like Inch High Private Eye and Hong Kong Fuey in the 70's and Josie and the Pussycats plus the Banana Splits in the late 60's. We watched many a Western with Cowboys and Indians as well as puppet shows and I really loved the tv back then

    Family Television, Anyone?

Needed something to put a smile on my face this evening, so I turned on Pax.  This station never fails to bring me back to my childhood when TV was actually good.  I was raised in Germany, with AFN being the only American station.  I remember sneaking  in...

    I like movies from the 60s 70s

and 80s. I liked the way females dress in their dresses and shoes. Women hairstyles were great. The men on the other hand. Tops down I would love for guys in 2014 to have 60s 70s 80s hairstyle. Guys in the 60s 70s 80s hairstyles was all shiny and looked like it can't move. That...

Black and white tv both comforts me

and restores some of my innocence. Maybe it's the reminder of times before, triggering this nostalgia - or maybe it's tied into my soul, a love for things aged, already told.

Holy Batmania, after all this time

and endless bootlegs, the original campy Batman TV series starring Adam West will finally get a legit DVD release on November 11th. It will be available on both blu-ray and dvd. The price is a bit steep but as the catwoman, Julie Newmar would say, for all fans of the series...
