I Love The Smell Of Ocean Breezes.......

    Why Not Here?

I live only 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean and you would never know it, there is no ocean scent ever. I guess it must be because it's the bay and not any real waves to push the scent along......

    Newport Or

Stayed right by the ocean, Yaquina bay. The air cool crisp clean. And inspite of being right near the Marina, There was no fishy smell. 3 minuts on the other side of 101 is Nye Beach! beautiful

    Everything about summer,

and sea, all about the shade of blue and yellow and green. Feast for my eyes. When you smell them all, hear them all, they nurture your soul.

    It's been a few weeks

since I've been to the beach, but a close second to the smell of sea breezes, is the gentle rustle of the reeds along the river behind my house. Heavenly this morning.
