    Beach Girl At Heart

I am such a beach girl at heart.  I used to live at the beach and loved hearing the surf.  Such a wonderful sound to fall asleep to and wake up hearing.  When we moved we moved up into the hills so although I have a fantastic panoramic ocean view, I no longer hear...

    I Need It

After living all my life on an island. I spent a winter in Utah skiing. I couldn't sleep nights because I subconsciously missed the rote of the sea. Took me a while to figure it out.

    Whispers Of Heaven

I was born in Manhattan Beach and lived 3 blocks from the ocean for many years. As a child, I learned how to surf and boogie board. I used to go deep sea fishing all the time. Hung out on all the major piers in the area. Now I live a mere 4 hours from the Bay so I...

its as if the sound of ocean brings us in

harmony with the universe. I love taking long walks on the beach on my own. It clears my mind. There is nothing more relaxing than feeling the sand between your toes and hearing the waves crashing on the beach.

Nothing like falling asleep with the windows

open. Smelling the salt air and hear the crashing of the waves. Now to have someone cuddled up next to me would make it perfect.

    Early Bird

I like to be on the beach early in the morning when nobody else is there. I close my eyes and hear nothing but the waves lapping along the shore. Bliss.

    I Identify With The Ocean

"A womans Heart is a deep ocean of secrets" Gloria Stuart I love this quote. I think honestly it states the obvious. However, for me part of being feminine invokes a haunting like power to  be coy and mysterious. At the slightest glance I can catch your eye. You're transfixed...

The sound of the Ocean is the most unique sound I've ever heard. It's just that it relaxes me every time I sit there on the shore or stand at the edge of the cruise. I feel oneness, this is the feeling when you try to meditate and absorb positive energy and think all the...

The Sound And Sights Of The Ocean

The sounds of the birds. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The lapping of the waves over your toes. The chill of the cool water. The sand crumbling beneath your toes. The ocean going out for low tide. A lightening bolt across the horizon. Thank-you Mother Nature!

I miss going down to the seaside,

when I was little growing up in england, it was one of my favourite times, to go on holiday and visit sea palling. I remember walking up the big steep hill, to finally get to the top... and there awaits...the ocean!!... wonderful memories.
