    Chicken with 40 cloves (of garlic) in the oven,

    Lemon Chicken:Marinate Chicken pieces with

    garlic and green chilli paste and olive oil.Slow cook until tender.Add Cream and whisk.Finally end with the juice of a lemon or two Absolutely delicious!!.

    Hubby is grilling ribeye steaks

    Clam chowder and bread

    I made a stew I found on a japanese cooking

    site. It has steak, sweet yellow peppers, sweet orange peppers, sweet red peppers, onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic in it and HOLY GOD it's amazing! I'll his the recipe some time soon!

    Easter dinner with my inlaws yesterday.

    My husband and I have decided

    Apples are in season now,
