    I always look forward to Christmas

    and the opportunity to spend time with my family and enjoy the traditional foods we all love at Christmas time....roast turkey dinner, pumpkin pie, mincemeat pie......lots of chocolates...lol...I guess I am a kid at heart!! :-)

    Apples are in season now,

    I took left over turkey

    and rolled it with onions, olives, and cheese into tortillas. I made a sauce with 1 can of chicken broth, 1 cup of sour crème, 2 tablespoons of flower. I poured the sauce over the tortillas and added salsa, and slid the pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Clam chowder and bread
