    I go jogging in the mornings

    and then do yoga stretches. I learn belly dancing too and its so fun!

    Here is A little training programme I got off

    the internet this morning so I tried it out earlier, it worked quite well. I used 50k for the squats but just 10-15k for everything else, I tried to do them all quick without really taking A break & I can feel it in my arse & hamstrings now.

    I've been going so often,

    I'm starting to do two-a-days. It feels really good to be dedicated! I just have to change my eating habits.

    I do Zumba or walking/jogging

    as my exercise and I like the feeling when I'm sweating and I feel great after doing it.

    Maybe "love" is a strong word here,

    because it certainly wasn't fun in the beginning. But now it has become a daily routine so it's easier to accept and go through. I use a rowing machine and try to use it for an hour in the morning and another hour before bed. It's great and easy to use. Doesn't take much space...

    I walked for an hour

    and other excercises my legs hurt likr hell i swaer if i dont lose weight i will never excersise again!
