    Don't you love that feeling of invincibility

    What is your favorite sports to play and to watch. For me I like to play tennis, ping pong, badminton, swimming, bowling. I love to watch all kinds of gymnastics and acrobatics, swimming, tennis, diving, figure skating.

    I have no idea what gave me the drive,

    but ever since last December... I've religiously done P90X and other intense excerises 5 days a week up until now. It feels really good to be look and feel stronger!

    This may not mean anything to you,

    but I was finally able to jog for two minutes without rest! I'm a beginner, so I tire out easily. I jogged for two minutes four times with four minutes of walking in between. Of course the minutes spent jogging will increases every week. I'm so happy!

    I love to exercise, but I think I've been

    I work with a personal fitness trainer two days

    Exercise Day!!! Sometime you just don't feel

    I enjoy working out. I exercise between 15-30

    minutes every-other-day. It gets intense sometimes and pretty sweaty, but the feeling that I get afterwards, especially after shower, is priceless!

    I exercised twice today!

    I lifted weights and ended up brisk walking in the park with my mother. I also saw the elementary/middle school track team run a few laps on the trail, which was nice because it meant they weren't holed up in the house playing video games. It was hot, but it was a beautiful day...

    not really though I did.

    swim 2 to 3 times a week, cycle a bit... well I got a free 5 day pass from the local gym. I have swam once, gone to the sauna once lol, swim today I hope I plan to and gym induction tomorrow. I don't know how far it will go after that.

    The rush that you get from exercise is quite

    I love to exercise. I enjoy the pain of sore

    muscles the day after, not that I like pain of itself. I enjoy the sensation because it lets me know I was successful in working those muscles and that the end result will be strength.

    I love to run at night,

    when the air is cool and the stars are shining bright. It feels like I'm flying and once I've finished I feel like I have just completed a marathon. Exercise truly makes one happy and healthy.

    I lost a bit more weight due to all the Tabata

    I just finished running my fastest mile
