    Energy.

    Exercise gives me energy. I love to work out and push my limits. The feeling afterwards is a warm glow. I love the rush or adrenaline and to feel healthy. I love my body firm and shaped.

    I love to run at night,

    Took my first spin class this week

    I just love exercise.

    I do it every morning for thirty minutes and thirty minutes before bed every day and night. It keeps my mind off stuff and it's a great stress reliever. I love feeling the muscle tightness and aches at the end of the day

    I try to be fit again

    How Many Calories Are You Burning?
