    The rush that you get from exercise is quite

    not really though I did.

    swim 2 to 3 times a week, cycle a bit... well I got a free 5 day pass from the local gym. I have swam once, gone to the sauna once lol, swim today I hope I plan to and gym induction tomorrow. I don't know how far it will go after that.

    I joined a gym 14 weeks ago.

    I started at just 2 days a week and then 3 days a week. I am down 35lbs and hit a plateau so I have decided to up my workout to 4 days a week.

    This may not mean anything to you,

    but I was finally able to jog for two minutes without rest! I'm a beginner, so I tire out easily. I jogged for two minutes four times with four minutes of walking in between. Of course the minutes spent jogging will increases every week. I'm so happy!

    Since the time change I haven't been able to

    love is a bit strong.

    The place I love to exercise the most is on the

    beach. Obviously the sands act as a drag, since it isn't firm footing. I do all kinds of aerobic-callisthenics exercises, and then there is pétanque with the old men.

    This morning I went to a great fitness yoga

    I just signed up for 2 Spartanraces.

    1 sprint 3 to 5 miles of mud obstacles and 1 super 6 to 8 miles of the same. Can't wait and it will keep me inspired to stay in shape !!!!

    I try to be fit again

    and walk+run more. However, i jogged 9 miles today in about 2 hours. I feel like i don't have energy for anything else for today. I cant even make myself get up from bed and there are million things i should be doing. Any suggestions?

    I have run 3 Spartan races in the last 3 years.

    I love to run at night,

    when the air is cool and the stars are shining bright. It feels like I'm flying and once I've finished I feel like I have just completed a marathon. Exercise truly makes one happy and healthy.

    Exercise Day!!! Sometime you just don't feel

    Time to workout! I took Sunday off,

    I just finished running my fastest mile

    yet at 10 minutes. I know that's not very impressive, but it's only my 3rd consecutively ran mile and I didn't even use my inhaler! I'm proud of myself. :)

    I have no idea what gave me the drive,

    I work with a personal fitness trainer two days
