    I love to exercise, taking rest days 1-2 a week

    Nice long run in this wonderful 75 degree

    After successfully eating healthier,

    I decided to eat some sweets. Honestly, I don't see why I liked them in the first place, plus I got a stomach ache. Now my bag reeks of fruit snacks.

    I joined a gym 14 weeks ago.

    Energy.

    I love to run at night,

    when the air is cool and the stars are shining bright. It feels like I'm flying and once I've finished I feel like I have just completed a marathon. Exercise truly makes one happy and healthy.

    I'm so happy! I've been eating healthier

    and exercising three times a week since mid-June. I went to my eye doctor today and I was told that the sight in my left eye improved! I can't see zip so I need glasses, and even with glasses, my vision is a little blurry, so hearing this is great news to me! I need to keep up...

    Had to buy a sweatband

    Took my first spin class this week

    and it was super fun. I did a gentle yoga class today, and love the mellow vibe I get afterwards. Hoping to run outside later this week, but I'm a little scared of a mountain lion that's been spotted too many times on my favorite trail. Happy exercising to you all!

    I try to be fit again

    and walk+run more. However, i jogged 9 miles today in about 2 hours. I feel like i don't have energy for anything else for today. I cant even make myself get up from bed and there are million things i should be doing. Any suggestions?

    I can't wait to work out again,

    I just love exercise.

    I do it every morning for thirty minutes and thirty minutes before bed every day and night. It keeps my mind off stuff and it's a great stress reliever. I love feeling the muscle tightness and aches at the end of the day

    I enjoy exercising and doing daily workouts,

    it gives me this fresh feeling when I'm done and also keeps me in shape :) I think everyone should exercise at least once a day... I herd its even been proven to reduce stress!!
