    I've never had so much motivation to exercise

    I can't wait to work out again,

    I'm on my 3rd week of recovery from my first csection ... 3more weeks! (honestly, I feel like I'm good enough to start working out now, but everyone advises me against it so that I won't tear my incision)... but ugh its been so long!

    The rush that you get from exercise is quite

    I love running especially.

    I've done cross country and track in school and it's just great. it helped with getting over my depression although sometimes it triggered it. I guess my body just got used to it after sometime so it has always been the first exercise that I result too.

    I joined a gym 14 weeks ago.

    I started at just 2 days a week and then 3 days a week. I am down 35lbs and hit a plateau so I have decided to up my workout to 4 days a week.

    I'm so happy! I've been eating healthier

    and exercising three times a week since mid-June. I went to my eye doctor today and I was told that the sight in my left eye improved! I can't see zip so I need glasses, and even with glasses, my vision is a little blurry, so hearing this is great news to me! I need to keep up...

    Took my first spin class this week

    and it was super fun. I did a gentle yoga class today, and love the mellow vibe I get afterwards. Hoping to run outside later this week, but I'm a little scared of a mountain lion that's been spotted too many times on my favorite trail. Happy exercising to you all!

    I love to run at night,

    when the air is cool and the stars are shining bright. It feels like I'm flying and once I've finished I feel like I have just completed a marathon. Exercise truly makes one happy and healthy.

    I try to be fit again

    and walk+run more. However, i jogged 9 miles today in about 2 hours. I feel like i don't have energy for anything else for today. I cant even make myself get up from bed and there are million things i should be doing. Any suggestions?

    I just love exercise.

    I do it every morning for thirty minutes and thirty minutes before bed every day and night. It keeps my mind off stuff and it's a great stress reliever. I love feeling the muscle tightness and aches at the end of the day

    I say that, but it takes effort

    for me to get started. I was always that kid in gym class that acted like "aww, do we have to?" I'm not a sports kind of person, but I do like hiking, swimming, roller blading, and skiing, even though I'm bound to fall flat on my face. :) I enjoy sports similar to tennis too...
