IT IS SO PEACEFUL TO WALK IN THE TWILIGHT . A SLOW WALK HELPS YOU THINK A LOT CLEARER ABOUT THINGS THAT NEED TO BE SOLVED IN YOUR LIFE. I WALK WITH MY DOG AFTER DARK AND WE HAVE A CHANCE TO RELAX. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERYONE.
