    I hold a record for being the strongest

    freshman to be a part of this school for this year. I have a plaque with my name on it in the hallway showcase. Over the summer the first time I started to lift I benched 145lbs which is my current body weight now I got it up to 225 for 3 reps. I hand clean 195lbs 5-8reps...

    started again yesterday want to hopefully get

    iv been lifting since 11 I train strongman style

    and wrestle here are all my lifts flat bench... 315 for 5...hammer curl 110s "each hand" squat 385 "for reps havent maxed yet" machine chest press 300 for 22 machine" btw... power curl 155.. platform pull 1400 " you pull a giant platform with wheels with people on it... overhead...
