    Amazing

I am also a stargazer. My cousin and I used to lie on the roof and just get lost in the beauty of it. It's amazing.

    Who Doesn't?

Unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder to find a dark night. Living within 100km of any major city will mean that light pollution dims so many of the stars. The "Southern Cross" is now mostly visible only as a triangle.

    Closer

Every time that I get to look through a telescope or sit behind a lab table and look at creation I just marvel. When I look up at the sky, no matter how many cultic influances and pagan ideas have been spawned from that very same action, I still feel closer to...

    My Silent Companions And Confidents...

Stars are so beautiful. On my house a few years ago my parents had an extension put in but only one floor so my bedroom window goes out onto a roof. Almost every night at midnight I escape to my roof to look at the night sky. On really clear nights (which are few and far between...

I love to dance around to the music

and stare up at the sky. Communicating with the stars as though they are my secret, and I share something with them that they share back. I feel their beauty and dance in their display swaying and twirling in the beauty of the nights sky.

    Its Better

When its completely dark out Its so much easier to see the stars to begin with. It makes the sky clearer. You can almost see every star in the sky. Actually I kinda want to go outside and look now lol.

    What A View

I once slept on a trampoline under the stars... it was peaceful and breathtaking. The night sky full of stars is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

I Love Watching the Sky Anyways.

I love watching clouds float by.  But the night sky is the best.  When we had the trampoling out in the back, me and my sisters and my cousin would go sleep out on it and watch all the stars come out and shine so brightly.  The best night was when there was a...

    I Love Meteor Showers

There is scheduled to be a Lyrid meteor shower visible from Eastern U.S. I am hoping that my son and I will be able to observe it; a bit of rain here right now...Remember how all the major meteor showers in late 2011 were drowned in bright moonlight? It was fun to see meteors...

It is just amazing at night, looking at the stars, just gazing at them, it brings like this happiness in me, which is rare of me to feel, i am rarely happy, so i enjoy these stars for just getting rid of my horrible feeling inside and who does not like the night? Everything is...

    Blissful Star Gazing

There was a deep sense of reverence and connection to something far, far greater, the whole universal field seemed to spread before us and there was a knowingness that something special would happen that night. There were moments when I seemed to drawn into one particular star...

    My Hope

I've always loved them. Even as a baby, my father tells me I would lie awake watching the stars outside the bedroom window, just babbling standard baby babble, completely fascinated by the balls of light that were suspended in the sky. Little twinkles of hope in the darkness...

    Out Of The Cities

Living a long distance from any major city or any communities has its rewards.  One of the rewards is seeing stars at night.  It is amazing how many stars there are in the sky.  One can not help to wonder at the massive size of creation and the power of God. ...

It was a house warming last year at my new
