    Running helps me cope.

    I was abused when I was little, and lately I've been fighting a lot with my family. My step dad, half brothers, and my mom have been driving me up the walls. Running gives me an escape and a release, plus it helps to keep me healthy.

    It's been a fee days of rest due to a vacation.

    Although I have been running even on those days but I won't rate the runs very highly as I binged equally or perhaps more. I need to start seriously training if I have to make it through the half marathon distance without getting injured.. Timing of the finish does not matter...

    I love the feeling of my legs pushing off the
