I ran and the kids rode there bikes.

You can check out my activity on Strava by clicking this link. It was a bit off my normal pace. I was able to pick it up after the kids dropped off at home. https://www.strava.com/activities/155291090

    Worth Your Time.

It's been over 3 years since I've seen you. A lots changed since we've seen each other last. You took up a life of health living, and a life built well suited for you. I took up a life just enough to get by, only to make me selfishly stronger. You love The Lord, I'm a drifter...

I was in my primary school cross country team,

I was really fit and happy with my stamina. Over the years I had more important things to do than go for a run. But just entering into my 20's, my physique is now a high priority. Running on a treadmill or outside, I don't mind. Try my best from now on to run every day. One day...

I used to loathe it. Mostly

because I would have a hard time breathing. But 3 years ago I started walking. And saw ppl running. I thought I'd try. It started out slow. Only a few houses, then walk. Then a few more houses, then walk. Then a street length, then walk. Before you know it I ran more than I...

I am a college track runner

and I went through so much stress this past semester I almost quit and had an "I don't care attitude." Then towards the end, I started to get my life back and wanted to keep running but it was too late by then and I over-trained my body and finished it off in a brutal marathon...

Joined track because I love running.

To be able to feel the troubles drift away while the wind crashes against me as I run. To feel free for a while. It's great and I wish I had the chance to run more often.

Running is painful for ladies and sometimes I do suspect that girls are not made for running. I do recall some high school incidents where boys jeered at girls like us during physical training sessions. There are many implications relating to this. I sincerely admire those female...

    Running In The Rain.

The best time for me to go for a run is when it is just starting to lightly rain outside. :) I love how the world looks, sounds, and smells when it rains as I jog by. By the time I get back home its full on rain and invigorating. It's the best- except when I have to peel off the...

or pavement with my music, miles passing under my feet is exhilarating. I've always wanted to do a full marathon. That is my goal, this year I have focused more on being in the weight room, so I haven't run as much, but it still calls me and I put on my shoes and go for a run.
