    i work out every morning except

    for weekends lol. i love it! it makes me feel really good about myself, i feel gross if i skip my morning work out. it's a good thing i love to work out! because i also love to eat hahaha :)

    working out is like my escape

    Working out has really become my therapy.

    I started this year at a local hall at an aerobics dance class and I really enjoy it! As my fitness improved I now attend boxfit classes which has built my strength up. I continue to go to both classes through the week and have started incorporate more weighs training to tone up...

    Nothing like a protein shake

    Im not the kind of girl

    who just does light weights and does it go go check out guys and be checked out. I like to go hard, and sweat and lift more every time, and see the results as my body tones and changes. Im very competitive so if I go with a friend I have to do better and if I work out by myself...

    If there is one thing I like doing everyday is

    In Paris, I go to a gym with a girlfriend.

    We go to Pilates classes, yoga, and sometimes a dance class.I also do cardiovascular exercises in the main gym where all the body builders workout.
