    i work out every morning except

    In Paris, I go to a gym with a girlfriend.

    I LOVE working out. Even on those days

    when I don't feel like going I drag my *** to the gym even if it's just for a little while. Sometimes the workout isn't so good, but other times it's GREAT (like when you feel you've really worked a muscle group) and you feel so good about yourself afterwards.

    Nothing like a protein shake
