    I love to workout but one thing I hate is

    when ppl talking to other ppl while sitting on a station. you go to the gym to workout not socialize.

    It's an every day thing!

    As is healthy but delicious food! I adore food! Whoever said being healthy means you can't enjoy eating didn't know better!

    Big fight yesterday, won by submition/knockout,

    got out of the cage, throw off the sponsors t-shirts, hoodies, hat & cans of monster I dont drink, stuffed myself with good home cooked food & slept for a straight 12 hours... aaahhhh

    Had a great combo session today.

    Combo training consisting of heavy resistance training followed by upper and lower body plyometrics. Man I'm tired now!

    I love love love to workout.

    I run, I kickboxing and I dance. I can't get enough of working out. I do a different target point workout every day is I mix it up and my muscles don't get use to the workouts I'm doing!!

    I used to be 278 pounds

    and hated doing anything physical. Now I'm at 155 and have to talk myself OUT of going to the gym every once in a while so my body can rest. It's almost like an addiction lol.

    I LOVE to workout! My trainer has me on a

    hardcore program that works mainly on my core. Today she told me I looked like I lost a lot of weight and to keep up the good work! Hard work is paying off and I'm getting stronger! My motto is: What Doesn't Kill You, Makes You Stronger! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜„

    I just started working out,

    I'm 115 pounds, 5'6. Im just trying to stick to an easy workout to tone up my muscles. I have been walking up 7 flights of stairs, 3 times a day. & i have been doing 40 sit ups in the morning, 40 at night, and I've only been able to do able 5 push ups each morning and night...

    Lately, I've only been training three times a

    week, but I have been working out intensely. I still love it, and how I feel afterwards. I get a good extra in sleeping better as a result.

    I just moved to my own place a couple weeks ago

    and have been to two different local gyms to test them out and they SUCK! It's so depressing because any other gym is out of the way and I'm use to going 3-4 times a week :( What are some of your favorite home workouts?

    Just ran a 14min mile,

    I do love to workout

    So me and my husband started a workout program

    7 weeks ago( weight training), and this week we started another one( cardio) !!! We have 1 week left of the first one and I'm already very happy with the results, but the cardio one it's crazy and so much adrenaline! I think I've become addicted to working out πŸ˜‚

    I bought a new pair of ice-skates today.

    Have been everyday this week

    I started weight lifting

    and working out seriously about 3yrs ago my boyfriend was a competitive body builder and is still amazing at 42. He really got me hooked on it. I didn't start till after 50. So if you have already started great!!! if not its never to late.. Best high you can ever get

    I go to a dance class every day no matter what!

    It's crucial to keep my body exercised and ready to dance. It's a great workout too, and we should always keep ourselves at the optimum of fitness! I love to workout.

    I am seeing progress!

    I spend 7-14 hours a week in the gym and my work pants are falling off! I double layer pants and have to roll them up to keep them on.
