    I go to a dance class every day no matter what!

    It's crucial to keep my body exercised and ready to dance. It's a great workout too, and we should always keep ourselves at the optimum of fitness! I love to workout.

    It's been two months

    I LOVE to workout! My trainer has me on a

    hardcore program that works mainly on my core. Today she told me I looked like I lost a lot of weight and to keep up the good work! Hard work is paying off and I'm getting stronger! My motto is: What Doesn't Kill You, Makes You Stronger! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜„

    Just ran a 14min mile,

    Lately, I've only been training three times a

    week, but I have been working out intensely. I still love it, and how I feel afterwards. I get a good extra in sleeping better as a result.

    I just left the groups "I am a fat American"

    And "I am fat." I've lost almost 20 pounds since mid July, and I'm only getting better. I bought a bicycle on July 21st, and that began my journey to fitness. This Wednesday, I purchased a gym membership. Obesity is quickly dying in my life. A better Jacob is being born.

    I need to start again,

    Seriously can't stand

    when I see unhealthy people eating junk and complaining they're unhealthy. 1.) Get off your *** and workout 2.) Understand food is fuel and fuel only and 3.) Make **** happen! If not, you'll be depressed, unhealthy, and end up paying with your life.

    I worked out quite a bit
