    So me and my husband started a workout program

    7 weeks ago( weight training), and this week we started another one( cardio) !!! We have 1 week left of the first one and I'm already very happy with the results, but the cardio one it's crazy and so much adrenaline! I think I've become addicted to working out πŸ˜‚

    Had a great combo session today.

    I just moved to my own place a couple weeks ago

    I am seeing progress!

    I started weight lifting

    and working out seriously about 3yrs ago my boyfriend was a competitive body builder and is still amazing at 42. He really got me hooked on it. I didn't start till after 50. So if you have already started great!!! if not its never to late.. Best high you can ever get

    I used to be 278 pounds

    and hated doing anything physical. Now I'm at 155 and have to talk myself OUT of going to the gym every once in a while so my body can rest. It's almost like an addiction lol.

    I bought a new pair of ice-skates today.

    I go to a dance class every day no matter what!

    I LOVE to workout! My trainer has me on a

    Lately, I've only been training three times a

    I just left the groups "I am a fat American"

    And "I am fat." I've lost almost 20 pounds since mid July, and I'm only getting better. I bought a bicycle on July 21st, and that began my journey to fitness. This Wednesday, I purchased a gym membership. Obesity is quickly dying in my life. A better Jacob is being born.
