With all this hot weather lately,

I've had the urge to do this. The feeling of grass and mud between my tootsies is quite refreshing and pleasing! So easily amused.

Only When It's Wet & Cold

I love the feeling of my bare feet on grass, but only when the grass is wet & cold. That doesn't happen often though lol, since I'm afraid to leave the house & rarely ever leave it barefoot, except for sometimes when taking out the trash & then I'm only out long enough to run in...

    Love Walking With My Friend

I love walking barefoot through the grass with a very close lady friend of mine because it makes her crazy. She is so ticklish on her feet that she laughs hysterically when barefoot in the grass. I love it.

Barefoot In The Grass Connects Me With Nature

I love to do this when I've had a tough day or am upset and frustrated. Walking barefoot in grass grounds me and reconnects me with mother nature. It is something very raw, natural and deep.. it is what we as humans have been doing for millions of years.

    Grass

I like to walk in the grass out front, or in the park, but I'm supposed to wear shoes. I like the way the grass tickles my feet, and how i can feel the blades between my toes. ((Authored by a 15 year old autistic girl, and transcribed by her mother.))

    Oregon...........how I Miss You!

I grew up in Oregon, you couldn't avoid walking in the grass. The best was right after the dew was almost but not quite evaporated. Loved just tripping through freshly mowed grass with the grass tickling your feet. And the smell...........sigh......

When I walk barefoot in the grass I feel free,

like I can do anything. It feels so good feeling the grass between my toes and the sun on my face. In that moment I am part of nature.

    Grass and Barefoot Style

Walking barefoot in the grass is a pleasure. I prefer to be barefoot. I am not sure why but that's how it is. Perhaps there is a religious or spiritual reason. It,s great to be barefoot whatever.

    So Relaxing

There is a small grass yard behind my house. Love walking barefoot there, is so relaxing, it's like I take out all the stress from work and everything. I'm sure there must be a logic medical explanation for that. If anyone here knows, I'd like to know more about this.

    Soft and Cool

I can't really explain my dislike for shoes, I just never liked the way they felt. I like to be able to feel the ground beneath my feet, especially sand, rocks, dirt, gravel and such. Walking in the forest can be just as rewarding with the cool earth and the leaves crunching...
