On a burn to the skin, this too I've heard rubbing alcohol actually cools the skin as it evaporates. I've also more recently heard sticking the burn in tea (iced tea is better) will draw the heat out. Finally... 2 men were in the woods hunting. One man went to back up, and sit under a tree, but was bitten by a snake in the butt. his friend quickly pulled out the Survivor's Manual and began reading about snake bites. He read: Rule 1. suck venom from bite wound. The bitten man asked apprehensively," What's it say? Now what?" His friend looked up from the book and stated," You Gonna Die!"
