I have always loved a good western

but it was not until a few months ago a name from the deep past managed to pop up once again: Tom Tyler. Being a life-long fan of Captain Marvel and Tom's excellent portrayal of him reignited my interest in this strikingly handsome actor. His movies truly are enjoyable to watch...

CATLOW is a western which I have not seen in a long time. When it was released many years ago, I went to the theatre with an old buddy of mine to watch it. Yul Brynner, Leonard Nimoy, and Richard Crenna were the stars. It was so good to see a cast like that chewing up the rocks...

I grew up sitting on my grandpas lap watching old westerns. My all time favorite is Tombstone. I've remembered every line in every scene. The fact that Sam Elliot is in it just makes the movie so much better.
