    Gym Time.

    Hit the gym on the way home from work. Shoulders, bicepts, upper back. Felt great. Lucky to live by a university with a large workout area, tons of equipment and really cheap rates!

    Shoulders and back today. Legs just a bit tight from yesterdays workout, which is a good thing. They loosened up with some stretching. Arms and abdominal tomorrow, chest on Friday.

    Today's Workout

    Good workout today - targeted back and abs. Also through in some cardio along the way. Body fat still just a bit to high to get the abs to really pop about 1 percent still needs to come off. Feeling good, lots of energy.

    Sunday Workout
