    I've started a detox/eating/training regime

    with the goal of getting to the weight I want by the end of June. I think I'll get this dress for inspiration.

    I love it when I see a woman

    who is thirty or early 40's and is a little heavier, working out. It is sexy when a woman is trying to get more fit. The baseball cap and pony tail is also hot. Woman that age who are still evolving are hot!!!

    I love my body. I work

    so hard to keep my body in shape. Though I wish I had a partner sometimes and have fun with him. I am mostly lonely but working out keeps me out of it. :)

    I'm all ways grinding

    I love the feeling when I've given everything

    Oh my gosh.. Working out relives

    so much stress. I have been working it for about 2 years and seeing my gains make it all worth it I just feel so much better about myself and I love having a schedule with all my specific workout days.

    It makes me feel happy.

    Lately these last two years I've been doing
