    I started working out consistently about 2

    months ago. I am starting to really see and feel results. The biggest improvement is that I don't drink nearly as much as I used to and that I may have finally quit smoking cigarettes.

    It seems lately that the only time I'm happy is

    when im at the gym. I don't out to my music and forget how ****** up everything is.
