    I go to the gym after choosing the music I will

    It takes me 20 mins walking on the tread mill

    I freakin love the gym.

    Been there 4 times this week ,

    It's my favorite thing to do.

    I don't think my day is complete without me lifting weights or just running at the gym, especially after this new workout I've been doing for bout a month now. Great results so far but I doubt this will take me to the 6 packs unless I add on a bit more later.

    Was at the gym today,

    wore my black sleeveless shirt over my white pullover bra, yes the bottom of my bra was visible, did fifty minute treadmill jog. Between the gym and my dieting, I have shed ninety pounds since I started on EP. Again, thanks to my fans for inspiring me. Kisses, Amy

    I love pushing it to the max

    Did my hardest workout at the gym today.

    10 minutes of strength training followed by 25 intense minutes of cardio intervals on the StairMaster. I'm sweaty and shaky, but I feel really good. I know that I'm already stronger and healthier than I was before I worked out today!

    Keep It Up

    I have been going to the gym since January. I work really hard when I am there. I don't see the same people who started when I did. They just stopped going. Sometimes I wonder why people come when they barely workout? A few machines or a treadmill then they are done right away...

    I love putting in time on the weights.

    I also love knowing that I can take 4 - 5 years off lifting weights and still I am just as strong when I stopped. Very strange but true! Pumping iron help keeps the doctor away! Oh yeah, along with the apples. Lol!! :))
