    Just started up again

    since track starts next Tuesday. So excited btw. I feel the burn, but love the results. Wish I could keep this up outside of track, but I have no motivation.

    A great turn out today with an amazing team!

    Today I worked out too hard.

    I know this because I walked out of the gym to my car and sat down thinking "I feel great!" Then my stomach lurched. I opened the door and puked in the parking lot. Wiped my mouth, "Eh, I still feel pretty good."

    I'm amd tired of people telling me to try all

    of these weight loss apps, and then turning around a week or 2 later saying that it's crap. Reality check time! Those apps are only as good as the person who puts the time and effort in to actually doing it. Then again those apps are giving you the basics of what to do. It's up...

    So i'm not sure how many people have heard of

    freeletics workouts, it's basically workouts without any weights, and using your own body weight to execrise and lose weight as well build muscle mass. I just started yesterday with a buddy of mine and now this morning sore but ready for more.

    Love working out, but I think I overworked my

    arms. I couldn't sleep all night because my arms were in severe pain a few hours after doing some basic lifting (with dumbells). Had to ice my arms all night. Talk about feeling the burn, lol.

    I've always been into the rough

    and tumble sports. But...I've been doing Zumba for a year and I LOVE IT!!! Ladies (and guys), there is nothing more freeing than moving those hips and shaking that booty! Such a confidence booster. I recommended it!!

    at home workouts for rear deltoids?
