Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 29 People

Since as far back as I have firm memories of

    I Do

I taught myself to do this as a child. as I used to suffer from some pretty out there nightmares. It was a coping mechanism I guess and thank god it worked. Luckily I still have the skill and am able to lucid dream whenever I please.

I Didn't Know It Was Rare

About one week ago I experienced one of my more

real/surreal dreams. In this one, a native Spanish-speaking friend was conversing with me in Spanish, and I was replying sometimes in English and sometimes in Spanish (Spanish is my second language). Interesting to note is that language came much more fluidly, both speaking...

Lucid Dreaming: I'm Just Weird Like That

This isn't really a story.  I've been able to lucid dream for as long as I can remember, and I didn't realize this was special until my brother told me.  For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, lucid dreaming is a type of dreaming where you have control...
