    After living in Japan

for several years and having a baby there I realized that I am so glad my parents chose Canada to make their home! I've also travelled to other parts of Asia, Europe and Great Britain but I still prefer Canada. It's not perfect here, but it is damn good!

I love this country and mostly everything about

it. I'm currently in Alberta and looking to move somewhere far away. This place just doesn't feel like home anymore and it just seems so negative. I'm looking at moving to Montreal or Hamilton. Both places I have very few connections and I'm so ready for a fresh start. Anyone...

    So...I'm sleepless..

.in Toronto and came across this You-Tube video which reminded me of when I worked in Budapest. I had Hungarian co-workers and one day we were talking about film and music. They were shocked at the number of actors and musicians, they assumed were American, that were actually...

Someone recently told me they won't hold my

Canadian citizenship against me while we talk. How thoughtful hey? Make it sound like a damn handicap or something. I bet you can guess where they're from.

    I Am Canadian

The following is a rant that Molson Canadian had advertising their beer. It took our country by storm and pretty much summed up how we felt about ourselves. We are an amazing nation with a wonderful sense of humour and don't take ourselves too seriously. Hope you enjoy...

I truly am. The more I see

and hear about the rest of the world the more grateful I am to be where I am. Canada may not be perfect but it does seem like the closest thing to it.

    I hear about bloody revolutions

and uprisings in the streets but what do Canadian Rebels do? They form their own political party and engage in debates and try to get elected in order to break up the country. Sooooo civilized, so Canadian.
