    Almost Always Do

I like to cook.  I enjoy making dinner.  My wife likes to cook too but I don't believe she enjoys it as much as I do.  That's fine because I really like cooking and baking.  She is an excellent help in the kitchen and does cook dinner from time to time but it just has worked...

    Again Tonight.

My cousin marinated and fried chicken strips, they were sooo good!  I baked sliced potatoes in sour cream and ranch dressing, topped with a thick layer of cheese.  It was delicious.

    Oh Yeah!

Cooking is something I do enjoy but just don't have time to do. I'm a really REALLY picky eater so could never be a chef, unless it's a mac n cheese/steak place. LOL So today I spent the day doing not much of anything, something well deserved, and decided that we were having...

    As I was chopping onions

for a sauce my mother wanted me to make, my eyes started to burn like hell. Usually on tv and in movies, whenever a character is chopping onions, their eyes begin to water and they "cry." Many of my own friends say that they cry as well. But, of course, I don't. Instead, my eyes...

    I Had To.

My aunt is so used to my uncle doing all the cooking.  She usually forgets to take meat out for dinner.  We got home at 8 and she went to bed, so I went in there and made dinner for my cousins and me.  I made chicken pot pie and green beans cooked in...

    The Husband That Makes Dinner!

It's kind of strange that my parents had 4 children. Three boys and one girl. All of the boys (46,58 & 62) make ALL of the meals in their households while my sister eats a balony sandwich just about every night that she doesn't stop at my parents home for dinner. I jokingly...

    When I Lived At Home

I know how to cook. I did when I lived at home. Now that I'm alone, it isn't worth it. "Call friends," you advise. I have one that cares for herself. I have another who is trying to get together with me since a year ago October, but she is also caring for a dying relative...
