    I'll say I can't cook,

    but that's really just an excuse for my lack of paitence. I'll say I can't swim, but I actually can I just can't get into chest deep water- asthma I guess interferes.

    No More!

    When I know there is something that I want or need to do, before one minute is up, I will have come up with at least five excuses or reasons not to do it. Most (if not all) of the time, I avoid action because of fear, even if I don't readily admit it to myself at the time...
