    Taking that small time out of your day to

    meditate makes such a big difference. You would be amazed what you can achieve when you focus your mind and energy.

    Its a great way to start my day.

    It sets me in a mellow mood and the rest of the day goes really smoothly. I recommend meditation to everyone.

    Can someone instruct me on how to meditate

    properly and how to know when I'm doing it right please. I have tried many times but I actually often fall asleep trying lol. YouTube hasn't helped me cause all videos are really long and once I get to the end I know just as much as I did before the video. Thanks

    I like to meditate especially
