    Morning Meditation

Spiritual and Tribal electronica plays on Pandora, an Enigma station, my favorite. It's early and the roads are filled with people on their way to work.. sitting in a round wicker chair on the porch, I close my eyes.. I hear the cars, the birds, car doors - the early morning...

So here is a little experiment on awareness.

I was trying to sleep early than my usual time because i wanted to wake up early from the next day to practise some meditation but i just couldn't sleep so i was just about to start worrying that i realized that i was creating a conflict in the mind so i simply accepted that i...

I just started so I can't say whether

or not this will be a lasting practice for me, since I don't have a good track record with forming intentional habits. I've been using an app called "Calm" with tutorials and guided meditation and admittedly, incorrectly, because I've been using it while laying in bed at...

    I Don't Know What I Am Yet.

I'm a Buddhist, and an empath, as they call it. But I have horribly violent feelings still, I listen to death metal and use a punching a bag most days, but I'm at peace. I don't understand what's going on with me at all. It started when I quit nicotine and begin meditating, I...

    Meditation has become

such a powerful outlet in my life. I'll sit completely still and mediate to a point where I forget I'm sitting there - entirely focused on my internal world, perfectly content.

Meditation has brought calmness in my life.

It has helped me become a happier person from within. I went for a meditation course just by chance and was not even thinking it would help me, but as they say I was destined to be among the few lucky ones who would benifit from this immense spiritual awakening. I thank my guru...

    The Science of Spiritual Experience

    ~Meadow Mind ~
