    I only recently started the practice of guided

    meditation. Still not doing it right, but I can feel the progress. Learning how to breathe. One would think it would come naturally. :-) But those deep nourishing breaths are new to me.

    I have started going to group meditation

    sessions which last for 45 minutes and I can genuinely say it has had the most calming effect on me. I feel like a new person at the sessions and afterwards I feel really calm. All my anxiety is away and I can relax. Strongly recommended to anyone with mental health issues

    Ive used meditated for a period of two days

    I like to meditate especially

    I love meditation! It makes me soooo happy!

    And so calm and relaxed. I'm able to deal with stressful situations more calmly and also my stress and anxiety levels have decreased. I use an app called headspace and it has seriously changed my life. It's also available to use on the website headspace.com I love it!
