 Why are you here?  This forum is for people who miss their mothers not for people who are glad to be distanced from them.


My mother died four months ago and it is the most intense pain I have ever experienced.  I come here looking for comfort.  Your post makes me angry.

I agree with "WHY ARE YOU HERE" ?  I can not ever imagine what it would feel like not loving your mother.  I wish I had mine back !!!!! I miss her so much and it angers me to hear someone say that.  You will only have one mother in your life.. sometimes people feel that it was their mother's fault how they turned out...and no, not everyone is perfect...but if you want to blast your mother...please go somewhere else...we are all grieving here and we love our mothers and miss them with every breath we take....

my mom died 20 years ago yesterday and not a day goes by that i don't think of her and wish that she was still here. we were such good friends that i always wanted to be around her. in many ways, i haven't been the same since she died. i lost a big sense of security and stability that i have yet to get back.
