I Need Advise Regarding Bankruptcy - Forum & Chat Board | bankruptcy

 my husband and i filed for bankruptcy this week. chapter 7.. scared to death. lived of credits for 2 1/2 years. trying not to worry anyone and just living day by day. drained everything had until it was all gone.  my husband didn't even know how much until last Friday. i am sick,scared,sad. not to sure what will happen. had great credit until this year. it was so easy to just pull a credit card out and pay for heating electric phone ins food and life. I am to blame but so are the credit card people who gives 25,00 limits on cards.. back in the day i m sure people only had 500.00 to 1000.00 limits.

 i am in same situation lived with ma girl and messed up little bit for amount of 30 000 i think ppl have more then me but try to get it back i mean ur life trust and credit soon or later u guyes gotta be ok i am young then u i dont know but this is life what we can do about it. i am planning to file chapter7 see whats gotta happen if someone had filed and already on the road tell us some stories and lies about bankruptcy
