    I Need To Do Myself Some Good

    I so miss my hour walk.

    I was doing exercise everyday till I stopped

    doing it. I think this is the third day in a row now of me not performing my exercise routine. I have to get back into it with no excuses later today; this is for my physical as well as my mental well being, so I must try not to overlook it.

    I love sport, the problem is I hate running

    and I hate the gym. I am a bit like a dog I suppose, if you give me a ball I will run after it all day, but as soon as I have to visualise a distance or go to the gym I feel knackered after mere minutes........ Go figure!

    A couple of weeks ago I started doing arm

    workouts with dumbbells. I just search for arm workouts on youtube, there's plenty of them. I don't do these exercises daily, I always have a rest day or two. But I already feel something going on in my arms :) Maybe they'll be ready in time for summer!
