    i can never feel comfortable exercising

    unless i follow directions got training or i have strong resistance but i know so many ways to workout i need to do them if i want to get to where i want to be

    Apparently, every physical

    and mental issue I have right now can be alleviated with a better diet and more exercise. I think my dentist was being sarcastic when he said that sit-ups can help my cavities, but I'm pretty sure the other docs were on the level.

    Need A Better Place

    I hate going to curves or other women's clubs. I am bi but when I'm working out I'd rather be around men. When I was a little girl my daddy would take me to the Y with him, but now that I'm older they wont let me work out there. It is where I learned to swim and so much more...

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.

    I mean I really do. I'm very skinny

    so it feel pretty nice if I can gain some muscle mass, and get healthier with cardio. Hopefully when I graduate i'm able to enroll in a gym or something of that sort.

    Got a gym membership last Tuesday

    Just burned 300 calories

    and did 50 squats! #proudd going to slowly build my way up to burning more calories daily! Be motivated, people! Exercise kicked my butt today but I feel a lot better now that I did the painful exercise instead of feeling guilty after eating two cheeseburgers :)
