    I do, I go running every morning

    when I can. I do at least one and a half hour, when I feel good I do 2 hours.

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.

    I lost a lung to lung cancer in 2010.

    It has taken me awhile to get back into the excercise routine. I think if I lost weight and toned up my flabby arms I would feel better about myself which might make my life better

    Spent another 20min on the total gym today.

    I'm nearly 180lbs so these body weight exercises are excruciating. This is a good start, just making a habit out of using it, but I feel like I need to make a plan. Does anybody know any apps for android that are great for tracking workout goals and meal plans?

    I used to go to the gym pretty regularly,

    but lost my motivation over the years. I started doing Cardio Kickboxing at a martial arts school about a year ago and really enjoy it. It's hard, but I get a really good workout.

    I love sport, the problem is I hate running

    and I hate the gym. I am a bit like a dog I suppose, if you give me a ball I will run after it all day, but as soon as I have to visualise a distance or go to the gym I feel knackered after mere minutes........ Go figure!
