    Went running early morning,

    head was aching by the end and my ears were frozen. Any tips on running in cold weather? I know I have to obviously bundle up, but not sure how to go about that while retaining mobility. Gotta go fast, man

    I love going out to exercise like maybe to the

    I found this app called CharityMiles.

    Every mile you run or walk earns 25 cents to one of the many charities listed. Every mile you bike is 10 cents. I haven't used it yet but it looks like a good way to exercise and help people at the same time.

    because people at school make fun of my legs because I have muscles there but they think is fat so I just think I need to exercise more so I can prove to them I'm not fat!!!!!

    Need A Better Place

    I hate going to curves or other women's clubs. I am bi but when I'm working out I'd rather be around men. When I was a little girl my daddy would take me to the Y with him, but now that I'm older they wont let me work out there. It is where I learned to swim and so much more...

    I'm pregnant and I feel like exercising

    but I'm so far along that the idea seems horrible. All I want to do is sit on the couch until I have the baby. I'm still pretty active but I certainly don't feel very energetic. I'm looking forward to having the baby and afterward exercising!!!

    I've made it a point to work out regularly this

    Im 16, 6 feet 1 inch

    and weigh 190 pounds. I try to work out or do dieting but leave that in a month or two. I look shabby, it destroying my life. HELP ME REDUCE WEIGHT PLEASE!

    I'm Walking My Way To Health....

    I'm overweight,have high blood pressure and a bad back.I started doing a twenty minute walk three times a week,now I'm walking everyday I can.I do 45 minute walks now,up and down hills and walked from my house to town last week.It took 90 minutes.My back is getting better,I sleep...

    I get enough exercise

    when I am at work. I walk 4 sometimes 5 hours at work. On days I don't work are the days I need to get the energy and desire to work out.

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.

    I love the results I get from working out
