    Ugh I always eat so much

    and then I do a couple of push-ups and assume it evens it all out. Instead of being here, I should be out biking or doing some sort of workout to contradict the amount of food I ate today. Alas, my laziness has got its strong grip on me and I don't think I'll be released anytime...

    I found this app called CharityMiles.

    Every mile you run or walk earns 25 cents to one of the many charities listed. Every mile you bike is 10 cents. I haven't used it yet but it looks like a good way to exercise and help people at the same time.

    i just go for walks with the dog

    that last for about 20-30 minutes and that's like every other day or even less sometimes. i haven't properly exercised for months,just walks here and there .. i just have zero motivation to go out jogging or go lift some weights or play sports like i used to when i was a kid up...

    Need A Better Place

    I hate going to curves or other women's clubs. I am bi but when I'm working out I'd rather be around men. When I was a little girl my daddy would take me to the Y with him, but now that I'm older they wont let me work out there. It is where I learned to swim and so much more...

    I have the worst metabolism ever.

    I always have to watch what I eat and I need to work out daily. I'm a little over weight right now, and i always try to diet and workout but I can never stick to a plan. I wish I was skinny like a model

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.

    I'll go to the gym, once,

    twice, maybe thrice a week on occasion, but most of the rest of my week only involves light walking and sitting around.

    Had my first child 11 months ago

    I've been pretty healthy
