    I seem to of got very lazy lately.

    i will stop work to have a coffee and spend 2 hours watching tv.every night i think i will do more tomorrow,but it never happens.maybe i need excercise and get fitter

    I don't think more than normal exercise is what

    I need. I have a huge bed where I do all my stomach, arms, and chest routines. And a fitness flyer machine for the rest of it. But the one part of the body most of us never exercise is the face and neck. I found that if you do the results are far better than an expensive...

    Just finished working out

    for the first time in over a month. Felt so damn good. I was all sweaty. 32 minutes of straight cardio. I need to make myself get motivated to exercise at least 3x a week.

    After a long break from the gym,

    In the last 3 months I've shed 10kilos.

    Found an app call 'SWORKIT' .

    I did my first work out tonight and it's very intense but it's good. I like it so far.

    I cannot express enough how much 20 mins of

    physical activity a day improves my mood. I can't wait till I make it routine. I need to stay accountable to myself and remember everyday that gets skipped is a day I get a little bit grumpier and further from my goals.

    I found this app called CharityMiles.

    Every mile you run or walk earns 25 cents to one of the many charities listed. Every mile you bike is 10 cents. I haven't used it yet but it looks like a good way to exercise and help people at the same time.

    I know that if I started working out daily

    even if it's for 10 mins I would feel better. But I don't :/ even though I know 100% it would make me feel better. Self sabotage?

    Last month I averaged 6131 steps per day

    or 2.63 miles. So far in April the average has been over 7500 so far as I gradually build up to 10000 steps then begin the couch to 5K on or about May 1st. That would put me on target to run a nude 5K on July 9th.

    And diet, or at least better choices

    Today I exercised after months of not

    exercising. I did 16 minutes of Yoga with the Wii. Not much, but it's a start.

    I did 60 situps and 60 leg lifts last night.

    My legs were so sore aftewards, I could barely walk, lol. But I increase the amount by 10 each day. I am curious to see how many I will be able to do per day. Need to work on my upper body as well.

    I guess this will be the final update on my

    progress. It seems that walking the beaches wearing a thong has been liberating and given me more incentive. The weekly average has jumped to 8700 steps or almost 3.5 miles. Nude 5K is looking good at this point!

    my pain resistance and flexibility of body has

    I hate weighing over 200lbs
