    Anyone that got some tips

    for someone who always fails with following weight loss program's and who don't have to much time or money? I really want to get healthy but I always seem to fail when eating healthy or trying to exercise because it is just boring to me. Some help please?

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.

    Gonna get in better shape,

    I love eating, so I'm rarely on my ideal weight.

    I have had two old friends one I see here

    and there and one I haven't seen in ten years tell be "boy you've put on weight" I'm 216 pounds at 6'. I don't eat junk food my biggest vise is coke. I need to stop drinking coke.

    I have the worst metabolism ever.

    Ok - I understand my knee

    and calf were messed up in May and I could barely stand. But it's August now. You'd think I should be able to keep up with a woman in 4" cork wedge heels hiking from the parking lot to work --- right? Geez....

    I found this app called CharityMiles.

    Every mile you run or walk earns 25 cents to one of the many charities listed. Every mile you bike is 10 cents. I haven't used it yet but it looks like a good way to exercise and help people at the same time.
