    I am having trouble getting motivated to

    exercise. is it pathetic to just start at like 10 minutes on the elliptical? how do I increase it without hurting myself, getting depressed and quitting?

    Im 16, 6 feet 1 inch

    and weigh 190 pounds. I try to work out or do dieting but leave that in a month or two. I look shabby, it destroying my life. HELP ME REDUCE WEIGHT PLEASE!

    I found this app called CharityMiles.

    Every mile you run or walk earns 25 cents to one of the many charities listed. Every mile you bike is 10 cents. I haven't used it yet but it looks like a good way to exercise and help people at the same time.

    I love the results I get from working out

    and I'm still pretty fit when I don't work out, but this past month has been a drag and I don't want to do crap!!! Blah! Any motivation tips.

    I love going out to exercise like maybe to the

    I get enough exercise

    when I am at work. I walk 4 sometimes 5 hours at work. On days I don't work are the days I need to get the energy and desire to work out.

    I used to walk everywhere.

    had to take a 3 day bteak from body brast

    I took a toning and strengthening class tonight

    at work. OMG! I was pretty sure I was going to throw up! Tough class but I'm going to keep going. I am determined to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying and be a healthier version of me.
