    Yay, I biked 28 miles yesterday

    which is good for me. And I'm up to 100 real sit ups instead of the sissy sit ups I usually do.

    I finally got enough motivation,

    to train again. I started in Septembre this year and after short illness (last week) I will start again to build up muscles today :) I am training 4 days a week, for some good results :) Guess next years summer will be nice, because I will got a body, I really like then.

    I wanna get fit...well more like I need to

    Here is an exercise tip Run a mile in 8 minutes

    and you will burn 850 calories. You can burn quite a few calories by jump roping 40 minutes. About the same amount. And two and a half hours of blowing will give you the same result.

    I keep saying it now I need to do it!

    Exercising would make me feel so much better and would help me to get out of this depressed mood I am in. So why cant I get off my lazy butt and do it???? Yep, that's a good question.

    Just finished working out

    for the first time in over a month. Felt so damn good. I was all sweaty. 32 minutes of straight cardio. I need to make myself get motivated to exercise at least 3x a week.

    I look back on old photos.

    ..when I was 50 lbs lighter and wonder if I can get back to that in a healthy way. I was doing better....lost 15 lbs and was going strong. Then life happened and I gained it all back.....I want so badly to look in the mirror and be happy for once in my life.

    In the last 3 months I've shed 10kilos.

    I have had two old friends one I see here

    I'm tired of being unhealthy.

    Ok - I understand my knee

    I have the worst metabolism ever.
