    Found an app call 'SWORKIT' .

    I did my first work out tonight and it's very intense but it's good. I like it so far.

    I guess this will be the final update on my

    progress. It seems that walking the beaches wearing a thong has been liberating and given me more incentive. The weekly average has jumped to 8700 steps or almost 3.5 miles. Nude 5K is looking good at this point!

    Last month I averaged 6131 steps per day

    or 2.63 miles. So far in April the average has been over 7500 so far as I gradually build up to 10000 steps then begin the couch to 5K on or about May 1st. That would put me on target to run a nude 5K on July 9th.

    And diet, or at least better choices

    and some portion control! I have started a walking program and despite my age plan on the Couch to 5K program. The reason will be revealed in my bucketlist!

    I seem to of got very lazy lately.

    i will stop work to have a coffee and spend 2 hours watching tv.every night i think i will do more tomorrow,but it never happens.maybe i need excercise and get fitter

    I really do need to. This week I've got back

    I hate weighing over 200lbs

    even though I don't look it. It's depressing. Yet I can't bring myself to truly exercise. Lifting weights makes my arms get bigger. Like ****! I am so uncomfortable I do everything to hide the bulges but the constant reminder that I'm not the weight I want to be is eating me...

    I don't think more than normal exercise is what

    I did 60 situps and 60 leg lifts last night.

    My legs were so sore aftewards, I could barely walk, lol. But I increase the amount by 10 each day. I am curious to see how many I will be able to do per day. Need to work on my upper body as well.

    I cannot express enough how much 20 mins of

    physical activity a day improves my mood. I can't wait till I make it routine. I need to stay accountable to myself and remember everyday that gets skipped is a day I get a little bit grumpier and further from my goals.

    I know that if I started working out daily

    Oh I hate exercising in the cold weather.

    I'm temped to just lie in bed and read a book. I've noticed a lot of the New Years resolution exerciser's have quit already. I'm gonna do it though it's something I need, like air.

    my pain resistance and flexibility of body has

    I finally got enough motivation,

    to train again. I started in Septembre this year and after short illness (last week) I will start again to build up muscles today :) I am training 4 days a week, for some good results :) Guess next years summer will be nice, because I will got a body, I really like then.

    Here is an exercise tip Run a mile in 8 minutes

    and you will burn 850 calories. You can burn quite a few calories by jump roping 40 minutes. About the same amount. And two and a half hours of blowing will give you the same result.

    I keep saying it now I need to do it!
