    If I don't lose weight then I won't be accepted

    I gained 80 lbs over the last few years,

    but every time I try to lose weight I gain it all back. I lost a few pounds a few weeks ago but since then I have been eating about 5000 calories a day and put it all back on and then some. I didnt realize how hard it would be to go back to my old weight once I got so fat!

    so I had scrambled eggs with a hint of milk

    and salt. Had some rice again because it just keeps me full for the day. I'm off to the gym this evening and I'll probably just buy a meal replacement because I just fill myself up on water when I'm in the gym like a litre and half/1500ml. Good luck to all.

    I think it would be so much easier

    I'll need to change my lifestyle.

    found out I have to lose 40 lbs of fat to be in

    I feel so down in myself it really is

    so sad. I go to bed every night thinking about how worthless I feel. It's a struggle to even get out of bed every morning to face the day. I hate being depressed and I hate that I have a binge eating disorder :( I will probably never get better!

    So I lost over 30lbs from august of last year

    to December but I ended up gaining 22 lbs back :(.My wedding day is October 24th and I NEED to lose over 50 lbs.I was on the right track until I slipped but I know I can do it now.I HAVE too!!

    Pregnant people are always talking about how

    much weight they lost while breast feeding. I want to try and see if I can cause my body to lactate so I can lose weight. I've tried the diet and exercise route and it just doesn't seem to work for me.
