How are you doing with your weight loss goal?
 
I have started a support group in the experience "I want to lose a significant amound of weight". If you need help losing weight please join us. If you've been successful we would love it if you would be willing to post your story for inspiration.

 i am interested!  i am at work now, but will write more later, just started this so i'm not sure how it all works, by support group you just mean we make each other friends right? not something different we sign up for?  anyway i started a blog on my struggle, i need to lose more than i want to admit.  i have tried, no said i would try over and over but never did, this year something changed, something snapped, i dont want to live like this anymore!  i dont want to be supermodel skinny, i just dont want to be classified as obese anymore, i want to fit in the seats at amusement parks, and i want to be healthy!

I want to lose 30 pounds for my wedding next July. I'm trying to do a cardio exercise everyday, but I don't always feel motivated to do so. I just wish I had a something or someone who would nudge or poke me until I got up earlier and worked out for 20 minutes. At least I'm stretching and using light weights for my upper body just to tone up.
