there are little triggers that set it off... too much stress and anxiety are the main thing and depression
then bullying can make me go very nervous to the point I am shaking and making mistakes

Ive had very severe social axiety for the last 8 years. Recently, its gotten worse where I cannot look at people even in public. It almost seems like borderline agoraphobia. I think its because I have no good support group.
