I Practice Aromatherapy

incense, candles, oils, diffusers...not just for decoration! 37 People

    "Practice" might be stretching it.

I sniff copious amounts of lavender and peppermint to chill out. Massages with either is the best.

    Lavender Fan

I am a real fan of lavender for my nerves.  I carry a little bag of lavender buds in my purse for when I'm stressed and I have a lavender eye pillow that helps my migraines.  I also love energizing citrus scents when I need a pick-me-up.
