Parkour is one of my favorite sports ever!

I find it so adrenaline pumping to run, jump off of, and vault obstacles. I also practice Freerunning which is a more freestyle version of the sport. Doing front flips, and other tricks. It's so much fun!

For a large early part of my life I had been self-conscious, I didn't like myself, I never felt special. Some days I would walk around and maybe say I hate you to myself thinking about something stupid I just did, or something stupid I had done years before that wasn't that big...

Parkour is amazing. Not just because it is gliding over obstacles and doing cool tricks, its also being free and doing what you want. I started parkour when I was 11. I only got really serious now. It helps me forget my problems and allows me to tackle the new day. The people I...
