    I Love Bikram Yoga!

    Goodbye Chronic Pain

    I wish someone had told me about this 20 years ago. I have scoliosis, bad tendons & 3 neck fractures. But then again, I probably wouldn't have believed how much yoga helps physically & mentally.

    When I'm doing yoga, I forget stuff. I just direct my attention to it and think about it merely. It relaxes me so much. Before practicing it, i remember getting angry quickly. But now i'm more quiet person. Also I feel much more confident and sexy. Hell yeah. :)
