    When I'm doing yoga, I forget stuff. I just direct my attention to it and think about it merely. It relaxes me so much. Before practicing it, i remember getting angry quickly. But now i'm more quiet person. Also I feel much more confident and sexy. Hell yeah. :)

    so I've been trying to coerce one of my

    I'm sort of new to the yoga world

    Been 4 years now.. It really helped me become

    more connected to myself and the nature. Even made my head clearer and even an increased sense of confidence with me being fit! :)

    I was finally able to hold the crow pose

    I finally joined a yoga studio.

    So glad I did. It is nice to get feedback from an instructor about the poses, plus the classes are longer and more intense than the practice I do on my own at home.

    I love Yoga. The art

    and the passion. The meditation that goes along with it. It is something that brings be great joy and makes me feel connected to my body and my surroundings. I attend classes and hope to teach one on my own soon.
