    Phone Phobia?

    It's Too Impersonal.

    I don't believe it's a phobia or due to any lack of confidence.  The truth is when I have to I'm actually quite capable.  With friends and family I can happily chat for hour's. The calls I dislike are those with strangers, especially the calls where you need to make a complaint...
